Oven Barbeque Ribs
Oven Barbeque Ribs (Beef or Pork) Looking for a great recipe for ribs, without the labor of the outdoor barbeque? This recipe works great on either beef or pork ribs. You just have to try this one!
Ingredients
· Approximately 4 lbs of pork ribs (Beef or Pork)
· Dry rub mix (beef or pork, depending on type of ribs selected above)
· 1-2 cups of Big Moe's Barbeque-Sauce
· 3/4 cup of water
Directions
· Cover ribs with a thin coating – completely covering the ribs, front and back
· Place ribs in shallow pan
· Cover with foil
· Bake at 300 degrees (f) for 2 hours.
· Finish on grill or under broiler (at 300 degrees) by turning and basting ribs with Big Moe’s Barbeque-Sauce approximately 12-15 minutes.
· Serve additional Big Moe’s Barbeque-Sauce at table “for dipping”
